Paging

Dears,
The plugin is great, but I have 2 issues:
1- I need to apply paging such that the widget displays 10 news then at the bottom “1” to link to following 10 news, “2” to link to following 10 news, and so on. How can I do this part?

2- I wish to change the display such that the thumbnail is on the left of the excerpt, and not above it. How can I do this part?
