Hey there! Thank you for this plugin. It’s one of the core plugins on our website due to it’s functions.

    1. Is is possible to insert pagination into the gallery? By default the gallery will show all images when scrolling down the page. Having a gallery with 300 pictures it takes some loading time.

Any chance a pagination button could be inserted, making the gallery divide into pages?

    2. Compability with Yoast SEO advanced settings: “Redirect attachment URL’s to parent post URL.”

Some posts include videos. Their featured image is a thumbnail of the video. Unfortunately when adding a gallery of these thumbnails we must set the link to the post manually. Without this plugin, the thumbnails would automatically link to the post because of the Yoast redirection settings.

I hope these issues could be dealt with in the next update. Hope to hear from you!

Would be great to hear from you! It’s a shame if this plugin would no longer be supported..

We are definitely still supporting the plugin, so no worries there.

Gallery pagination is possible though not in the current release. We will add this, along with Yoast advanced settings compatibility to a future release.

    Cheers.

Just a quick note to let you know we have addressed gallery pagination and linking to the parent post. You can set the pagination value globally via settings or on a gallery-by-gallery basis via shortcode. The ability to direct a gallery image to the parent post is now native to RPS Image Gallery. Let us know how it works out for you. Thanks!
