Could you tell me if you use a particular plugin to create the pagination system?
I mean another one than WooCommerce.

If not, be sure you use the latest version of WooCommerce and TranslatePress. Also, because this behavior was not replicable on our locals, you can try a compatibility test by disabling the rest of the plugins and see if the issue persists. There’s a really huge problem I have found today on my website. On the woocommerce shop page when I try to go to page 2 or page 3, or the next page, it redirects me to the homepage. It is only when I’m on a secondary language, on the native language it is working fine. This is really urgent to solve, because my customer can’t go to the next pages in my shop.
