Pagination with shortcode may have bug

Might have found a bug when using a shortcode and using the pagination button to go to a different page.
Shortcode used: [bsp-display-topic-index forum=’27333′ show_stickies=’true’ ]
The forum is displayed as normal but when going to page 2 it takes me to a different forum.

https://localhost:8888/SITES/EFD/forums/share-ideas/page/2/Notice the last url is jumps to page 2 of the Share Ideas forum instead of sticking to the General forum. The forum ID (27333) in the shortcode is from the General forum.
When clicking the pagination button to go to page 2 why does it go to page 2 BUT also switch to a different forum?
