pagination with multiple lists on one page filters all lists at once

I have 10 different lists setup on one page to show 10 different categories. I am using the following shortcode [catlist name=News child_categories=false numberposts=3 pagination=yes]. after 3 posts it shows the pagination.
When the page loads everything works as expected but when you try to go to page 2 of a list it filters all lists on the page to page 2. if a list does not have a page 2 then nothing is shown at all.
