Pagination Space Padding

How do I reduce the spacing/padding under the grid? The bottom divider leaves too much space below the next page element. This space is where the pagination normally shows but I have pagination turned off and the space taken up by it is still presented as white space.

Below each grid, I want to reduce the space between that and the next page element (in this case it’s ads but those ads have 0 padding).
