I need to change the text to portuguese but I dont want to make that with loco translate. Is there a different way to do that? with code or something?

Please try to have your site set to Português, by going to Go to Settings > General and under Language, select the language, and see if that changes the next and previous text.

If you prefer not to use a plugin to change the text, you’d need to edit your POT file directly or with PoEdit: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/

You should be able to hide the text with CSS display:none (https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_display_visibility.asp)

Kindly try using this CSS snippet, it can be added via WP-Admin → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS:

}
