Pagination on Two Loops (Pagination Per Loop)

Ok so on my homepage I have two loops.
One per category.
I would like to display a pagination for each loop underneath it. The problem is when I do this and change pages it changes it for both loops how can I get it so that the pagination changes its own loop and not the other.
