    a few questions:
    1) is your website hosted on locahost?
    2) could you send me the logs from:

    • htttp://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=permalink-manager.php&sql_debug=true&paged=1&debug_editor_sql=true
    • htttp://yourwebsite.com//wp-admin/tools.php?page=permalink-manager.php&sql_debug=true&paged=2&debug_editor_sql=true
