Pagination on Custom Post Type

Hello,

This page shows data from a custom post type “work”. The query is sorted by order of the “menu_order”. It works perfectly.

Now the issue is on the individual pages of custom post type eg. https://www.dreamsmedia.in/work/chetan-bhagat/

The issue is:
I need to order the portfolio based on menu_order. It works on the page which lists all the work (5 items each page), but on the single page it seems to be sorting based on Date & Time and not menu_order.

How I know this?
By comparing the next post and previous post on this https://www.dreamsmedia.in/work/chetan-bhagat/ page.

Can anyone please help.
