Pagination on custom event list template

I’ve created a custom template for my event list page (see https://www.altblackpool.co.uk/whats-on/) but the pagination isn’t displaying.

Pretty sure I must be making some kind of basic mistake but can’t work out what it is from the tutorials and documentation. Any suggestions?
