Pagination not working for taxonomy archives.

Hi, this plugin is really nice but I’m having a problem with taxonomy archives.

I’m getting a 404 in all but the first page of a term from a custom taxonomy archive.

I’ve tried a lot of code changes in the taxonomy definition but I can’t seem to make it work. I would appreciate some insight on the subject.
