Pagination not working for one category

Hi. I’m using shortcodes to show downloads from different categories on separate pages. The shortcodes are identical, except for the category – [wpdm_category id=policies item_per_page=8 template=”586b8d5237fda”]

For one of my categories, the second page doesn’t show anything. Interestingly, if I lower the item_per_page value so that 3 pages are available and go to the third page, the downloads are there. But page 2 still shows nothing. This problem only happens for one of my categories.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
