Pagination Not Working

I don’t know if I should be posting this request for help here or if it should be posted on the Woocommerce plugin. I’m getting tired of posting things only to be told that I should post it elsewhere. How do you know if a problem is with WordPress or with Woocommerce, for example?

Anyway, the problem I have is that the pagination of my product pages doesn’t take the user to the next page, unless the page is refreshed; i.e., if you are on page 1 of, say, the football products page, and want to go to page 2, nothing happens unless you click on the little clockwise arrow up in the top of the page, thereby refreshing the page. After doing that, you are taken to page 2. Clicking on the right-hand arrow, down in the pagination, doesn’t work either.

Any help would be much appreciated.
