Pagination not functioning

I have installed Custom Loop Add-On and everything looks great…. until I try to display any page subsequent to page 1 on the store page.

When I click on ‘Next Page’ the URL displayed in my browser updates (from https://www.winework.com/?page_id=1330 to https://www.winework.com/?page_id=1330#038;paged=2) but the page does not refresh and the content displayed does not change.

Clicking on a page number in the Custom Loops pagination is likewise ineffective.

I have created a new (test) page from scratch to see if that resolves the issue, it doesn’t. I have tried altering the display order of products, and this shows a different selection of products on page 1, as it should, but I still can’t view any subsequent pages. I have checked the page in Firefox and Chrome, same results.

Any clues as to what the issue may be?
