Can you describe in detail what happens wh you try to use the pagination?

Participants Database pagination not working is usually cuased by issues with javascript on the page. There can be a number of reasons for that, for example if another plugin (or theme) has javascript on the page that is interfering with the javascript. Another thing to look at is if you’re using a plugin that “optimizes” javascript, try turning that off to see if it helps. Javascript optmization will often break plugin javascript because it can change the load order.

Thank you for your response. I need the pagination because I will have more than 400 participants.
I started to deactivating plugins and I realize that the conflict is with Elementor plugin. When this plugin is deactivated the pagination links works perfect. Is there any way to fix this? or I need to search for another builder?

Try using a shortcode block for the plugin shortcode. The reason it’s not working may be related to Elementor optimizing the javascript, so check on the theme settings for a way to configure that.
