Pagination is out of control

New site, fresh install.. Configured correctly and the pagination is out of control…
First off the “Load More” option in “Do you want to use Pagination or Load More to show the results?” doesn’t work at all.. The option just doesn’t display at all. Choosing “Pagination” gives me a result that isn’t working so well either.
Here’s my settings:
- Number of Posts per Feed?: 15
- Do you want to use Pagination or Load More to show the results?: Pagination
- Number of Posts per Page for Pagination or per click on Load More: 3
As you can see the pagination is out of control and the formatting is WAY off:

https://clientanamma(dot)divawebdzgn(dot)com/If I choose fewer posts in the “Number of Posts per Feed”, the pagination improves, but only slightly. For example, if I choose 4 posts per feed for example, the pagination shows 1-14 which looks better esthetically, but it deceases the amount of available content for my site visitors..
Is there a way to improve this??
