Pagination for "Pages" not Posts

    Hello and hope you are doing good ,

    Please I need your help to guid me how can I creat a pagination without plugin to my “Pages” NOT to the posts. I have some long static pages where I need to have pagination and I am looking for somthing with parameter details such : page 1 of 10 ..
    I have Sparkling theme with Sparkling child theme ..
