Pagination by Job list

Hi Nice plugin!
1. Can you tel me how i can place te pagination at top of the Job List (job overview).
2. I want the pagination to be an absolute path, so i can send an email with a link to for example the 3 page of the Jobs List.
Is that possible?
For example
https://www.domain.com/jobs?page=3
or
https://www.domain.com/jobs?id=30~40Thanks!
