Pagination buttons for posts with multiple pages

    I’m migrating from vBCMS to WordPress, and I need some solution to add a text in these pagination buttons. My Articles are separated by subPages in vBCMS now, and I have pagination buttons with subPage Titles. As far as I see the default <!–nextpage–> buttons are only numeric. Is there any way to customize those?
