Pagination button design

    File this under minor cosmetic changes.

    It would be better if the Next/Previous pagination buttons followed the default WordPress design. Having a blue background on hover might look odd if I’m using an admin theme other than the default blue one. Consider removing the hover properties of the class .SimpleHistoryPaginationLink.SimpleHistoryPaginationLink:hover in the CSS code.
