Pagination Broken On Every Theme

  • Hello,

    I am stumped by this and have tried so many different things when it comes to fixing this. No matter what I try, all I get is page 1 of 1 on every theme. This would tell me that the issue is not theme specific.

    I have tried:
    -Disabling Plugins
    -Removing .htaccess info
    -Various Plugins
    -Changing Permalinks
    -Removing and placing wp query in my themes functions

    Anyone out there have some ideas I can try? Can any of this be caused by something in the database?
