Pagination broken

I’m beginning to recover from the devastation wrecked by WP 4.4 on my blog.

I still have no access to parts of my database, but the most pressing unsolved issue for me is the broken pagination. It doesn’t work anywhere on my site (www.bbb3viz.com).

This may be an incompatibility between the Ninebase Wolf theme I’m using and WP 4.4. Unfortunately, Ninebase has stopped updating the theme and is no longer answering support questions.

I saw in other threads that a few people had the same pagination problem after installing 4.4 (using different themes). Unfortunately, the advice was always to insert or modify some code–which is beyond my expertise.

Any other pointers as to what could be wrong? I did try to switch themes and it didn’t help.
