    Hello Alek,
What do you mean you tried to send me an email with logs but got it back? Maybe it was too big? Can you try to compress it? Or maybe try to use the plugin (paging/search) a bit and send me the last 40 lines of your error logs?

Yes. There are many errors in there, maybe you should ask your hosting service… It’s way too many.

The retina plugin actually also write his own error here:

[Fri Jul 24 15:58:58 2015] [warn] [client 125.30.95.207] mod_fcgid: stderr: Retina: This status is not recognized: , referer: https://degenerationit.com/wp-admin/upload.php?page=wp-retina-2x&view=issues&refresh=true

Basically, that happens when the metadata of this image cannot be found in the database. Which is not good since all the images in WordPress must have metadata.

Maybe I should create an error message for those directly on the dashboard to warn the users when this happens…

You should try to install a plugin such as “Regenerate Thumbnails” so that it will regenerate all the sized image of your WP and also the metadata. Please try to do that, it’s not good not to have this metadata available.

I use the regenerate plugin already, quite strange. Please don’t link the website URL in the conversation.

Don’t understand what the hosting service has to do with it, everything else works well.

I’ll keep checking anyway is not a big deal if search doesn’t work.

Maybe has something to do with the theme itself or other plugin I didn’t disabled.

    thanks

To keep this thread updated here, I think the original issue is resolved. The metadata was really broken in the database and by regenerating the thumbnails it’s now fixed and appearing in the dashboard.

Yes I also found the plugin that was causing issues is: Exclude Pages From Search.

Don’t ask me why I don’t know but now your plugin works great.

    yes solved, thanks
