Pagination and excerpts

    Would this work:

    Have only the latest entry displayed in full on the front page, below it have the previous 10 entries, which would displays at most two line excerpts.

    However, if the latest entry is paginated, it only displays the exceprt of the first entry, with the more tag for more content. The previous entries below would also show their full excerpts in this instance.

    Make sense?

  • I understand the first part of what you want to do,o but not the second part. I believe that it should be possible as I have seen sites do this. I’m just not sure of the code required to do so.
