Pagination anchor links not working right

I have been trying out the List Category Post plugin today and I almost love it except for one tiny problem. The plugin can be viewed at https://sevenportions.com/blog-archives/. I displays very nicely. However, when I click on the page number links below the larger category lists and the next page loads, it does not load to the top of the category. It appears to be loading lower and lower on the page every time I click on a number. I have tried it in Chrome, Firefox, and IE — same results. I wonder if it’s a WordPress issue? I am using the Catch Evolution theme. Any ideas?
