Pagination

Hi, and thanks for this useful plugin! I set up the shortcode and it immediately worked. The only thing that doesn’t seem to work is pagination – I do see <div class="dt-paging paging_full_numbers"></div> but it seems to be empty. Is there any way to resolve this?

(I’m using a spreadsheet with >100 rows, but also when I change the entries per page, pagination doesn’t show)
