Pagination 404 error

  • Hi. I have tried searching this forum but didnt get any useful answer to my query.

    My permalink is set to /%category%/%postname% and I am getting a 404 error message in the pagination on the index page. The pagination works fine with the permalink is set to one of the default values.

    Any help?
