Pagination

Hello!
I have a problem with the pagination.
On my page https://www.saklikumanda.com/son-haberler/ when i click 2nd 3rd … pages it always returns to first page even though link changing. Like this https://www.saklikumanda.com/son-haberler/page/2/ and still 1st page.
However, when i change link manually to https://www.saklikumanda.com/son-haberler/2/ it works. So, I already re-save permalinks and nothing happend. I think the addressing is wrong.
I need your kind instructions to solve this.
