Paginated query string archive URL’s

If you visit any of my archive pages that are paginated with your plugin with any query string added to the end of the archive URL the paginated links all have the query string added.

For example:

Example archive page: https://www.inspiredtaste.net/category/recipes/

If you visit https://www.inspiredtaste.net/category/recipes/?anything

All of the paginated links output with the ?anything query string at the end.

Do you pull the permalink from the theme used or do you generate this output within the plugin?
