pagewrap div keeps “falling down” in wp

    Hello,

    I have a problem with editing the theme on wp.

    I am just using the bar bones starkers theme and i added the two divs with the IDs called: ‘page-wrap’ and ‘main-col’. The result of this is, if you look at the top it is pushed down even though it is reset.

    right now everything is colored to help see each block and it is positioned were i want them too.

    I tested it in FF, Opera, Safari, Chrome, IE7, Flock
    and
    it only happens in FF3, chrome, and IE7.

    It has completely stopped my development of this theme and my site.

    I’m also kind of curious why my page flashes the theme without css for a few milli-seconds then loads the css up on each reload.
