Do you know how to check your server’s error logs? If so, that might reveal the problem.
Otherwise, I suggest that you try deactivating and uninstalling WordPoints, and then installing and activating it again. ONLY do this if you have just freshly installed WordPoints—it will cause all of WordPoints’s data (points logs, etc.) to be deleted. If you’ve had WordPoints installed for some time already, and you want to keep your existing logs, I suggest that you try to remember if you have installed any new plugins recently. Perhaps one of them is causing the issue, you should try deactivating it and see if the WordPoints Points Types page works.
