    hi,

    visitors are catched by IP, so 2 visitors are two different pc.
    Pageview are the sum of all pages viewed by those pc.

    In thid case it is possible that one of this is a sort of bot that uses the feeds to make an index of the blog or a spammer that scan the blog.

    If this is done by a web search robot, this is positive for SERP.
