    Hi,

i created a page with html, css and javascript and used the WS Coder plugin to insert the code into a WordPress page. The url of this page is attached to this post.

I am using MonsterInsights to connect my site to Google Analytics. However, I can’t see pageviews or users for the new site. Do I have to insert some code?

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Laurin,

    Thanks for reaching out!

When I visit your website, I can see MonsterInsights tracking scripts on the frontend, so it seems like it’s correctly set up.

However, within the tracking scripts unexpectedly are these _NL_ characters, and this is causing a few script errors on your website.

Here is a screenshot of what I’m seeing: https://a.supportally.com/i/zxJorB

This seems to be affecting other scripts as well: https://a.supportally.com/i/ETdHiJ

If you’re able to remove _NL_ and resolve the console errors, tracking should begin to work without further issue.

If you experience trouble resolving this, or if you have further questions, our team would be happy to assist if you could reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/lite-support/

    Thanks so much!
