    Hi,

We’re getting a warning in the PageView event in some category and product pages. The error says: “We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.”

We don’t know why it is working in some pages and not in others. Example of a page that have this problem: https://ritarow.com/sweaters/
Do you know what we can do to test this further and to prevent this errors?

The same seems to happen with ViewCategory event sometimes.

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi there @andreu!

We haven’t had reports of such issues recently, but I was able to find some of them for Facebook Pixel added in other ways, not only through Facebook for WooCommerce.

First of all, can you please confirm that you have the most recent version of our plugin? For that, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Could you try the following troubleshooting steps:

    – Trying a different internet connection (WiFi or mobile)
    – Trying a different browser. You can download the latest version of an alternate browser from this site: https://browsehappy.com

I’m looking forward to hearing from you with the above info to assist you further. Thanks!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
