    I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue, but I’ll be happy to help.

    In the plugin documentation there is a section: For Best Results.

    That’s a very strange issue to have. Did you have a page caching plugin that you disabled when you installed this plugin?

    Would you mind taking a moment to fill out a support request at our WordPress Plugin Support Page? We’ll need to get a little more info, and email back and forth with you as we look into this. Thank you.

    I have WP Super Cache and the settings were in line with “For Best Results.” I have filled out a support request. Thank you!
