First of all, stop using Google’s PageSpeed Insights. It doesn’t give enough helpful information, and it seems to be buggy these days, often suggesting you fix things that aren’t actually broken.

Really, the *only* thing you’re missing is the browser caching, and the two resources it’s citing are:

Those two aren’t even hosted at your domain, which means you have no control over them, which means you have aced this test as far as I’m concerned.

Your time to first byte (that’s how long it take the server to reply to the browser “Oh, hello, yes, I’m a server.”) was just a hair over 1 second, which is a wee bit too long, but not too terrible for a shared server on peak hours.
