    Hi there,

I haven’t run some of the pages on my site through Google’s PageSpeed Insights for a while now (several months). However, today I decided to check on it because my site has been taking a lot longer time to load.

I’m running certain pages through the PageSpeed Insights and getting numbers like 26/100 for the desktop version of the page. This used to be up near 80/100 for nearly any page I would run through it.

I’m not sure the plugin is even doing anything with my site, because as I check the page source, I can see every stylesheet and javascript link all stacked upon each other.

I recently changed my theme from a theme called ‘Responsive’ to a paid theme ‘X Theme’. Would this have anything to do with it? In my old theme, I’m pretty sure I remember seeing all the .css and .js links in the head all commented out and then two big files where all the .css and .js was compressed into one file.

Would I have to do anything like delete and reinstall the plugin for it to kick in again? Because according to the page load numbers, it doesn’t appear to be doing anything.

    Thanks!
