if it’s network , after that you will also need to go to site’s LiteSpeed Cache -> General

there is no such option under the site settings, it only exists under the network settings

you need to go to site dashboard -> LiteSpeed Cache -> General , as my screenshot

how is it going to improve when nothing has changed?
as stated, this has been enabled all along.

now please try in the admin bar , drop down menu , purge UCSS and purge CCSS , wait for them to re-generate, it should improve a bit more

as stated, I have not made any changes to guest mode, it was already enabled, I have not enabled or disabled it.

The performance improve was made through other settings/tweaking.

I am still having the orignal issue, that all the URL’s given in the report are the cached files, so I don;t know what they relate to.

that is the CSS file combined by your original CSS files

once it generates the UCSS (as used CSS) , that should address “reduce unused CSS” warning

and try purge the CCSS , it should load the .webp version of that image in the warning.
