Pagespeed insight and wpo

I installed your plugin, compressed pictures, set up a cache. Here are the minify status settings. I checked the site by pagespeed – statistics of the mobile version – desktop statistics There are constant references to your plugin. Is I correct to go to the advanced tab and enable asynchronous loading of some css files. I did this as an example for some css files Tell me how quickly I can see the result on pagespeed or need to do something different? Thank you for explaining!
