pages with URL exclusion show empty input after 6.0.1 update

    After updating to 6.0.1, pages with exclusion URLs that have a form are now showing an empty input below the submit button. I’m unable to provide a link since this is a client website. Here’s the code of the input:

    It’s only happening on pages with the URL excluded.
