Pages with priority over categories?

    I have in the website I’m working on , pages and categories with the same name. I don’t want listings of categories to be displayed and instead of that I want to display the pages that I have prepared with my personal configuration. I thought this plugin could be useful for this purpose but I saw that categories have priority over pages and it displays the categories and not my pages (after disappearing category in my URLs)
    Is it possible to make pages have priority over categories and show the first over the second?

    Thank you for your message, but this plugin is intended just to remove the ‘category’ slug from the URL structure. It doesn’t change any other WP Internals related to querying pages or categories.
