• Hi all.

A long time ago, I made a decision to not make my whole site revolve around wordpress. Rather, I decided to integrate wordpress into a normal html site.

Over time, I’ve gotten quite fond of the power of wordpress. Reading about static wordpress pages, I have some questions.

I am thinking of writing articles using wordpress pages instead of normal xhtml. Would it be fair to say that it would allow me to integrate user comments as well as the wonderful search features into these wp pages? If so, in my mind, this are 2 compelling reasons to use pages vs xhtml.

    Comments?
    Thanks.

    Thanks for the reply Evita.

Is it possible to make the path more logical (eg. based on the article in question etc.) I read about permalinks but I am somewhat confused.

Furthermore, I am using perfomancing for firefox to do my usual blog posts. How about for pages? What do you folks use? So far I seem to be creating simple pages from wordpress dashboard, then editing them after the fact in a webpage editor.
