Pages Suddenly No longer Accessible?

  • Hi All,

    Completely new to this so hopefully nothing too complicated.

    I’ve created some additional pages on my site but for reasons unknown – i suddenly can’t access them? i get a message “Not Found
    The requested document was not found on this server.”

    Strange thing is that in draft format i can access them but as soon as i publish them i can’t.

    I haven’t changed anything server side so it must be something in WordPress Admin that has changed.

    Help very much appreciated, i had a look but can’t figure it out ??

    The about and training links to the pages just don’t work now that i’ve published them

    Seems like a permalink issue. Can you try disabling pretty permalinks and see what happens?

    Ok, disabled the Custom Structure and now using the Default and the navigation links now seem to be working. Would really like to get the custom structure working again.

    The problem is, probably, with your hosting environment. Check this codex page, there you’ll find the requirements that pretty permalinks need to work. If you’re not sure you hosting fulfills them, you’ll need to ask their technical support.
