Pages Showing in FF, but not IE

This site uses a modified Blix theme, and 2 pages show up just fine in Firefox, but return a 404 (not found) in IE.
The pages are as follows:

I have tried changing the post_status and post_type in the database, but no other combination solves the problem. Currently the post_status is “static” and post_type is “page” for both pages.
They do have 3 other “pages” on the site that render fine in IE, and they have post_status as “publish”, and post_type as “page”. I beleive the issue has something to do with how they were created, or how they were imported in the upgrade to WP 2.2. They do not show up in the WP admin panel at all – neither as posts or pages??

(There are several validation errors with these pages, but they exist for the other pages that appear fine as well.)
