Pages show 404 error instead of homepage

  • Hello
    My website show error on all pages only homepage is working good. If i change my permalinks settings to plain it show all pages but when i change my setting to postname it show 404 error. I want it to show with postname setting. Please help me

    Hi Saad,

    Unfortunately, GP has no control over the permalinks, it’s handled by WordPress.

    However, you could try disabling all plugins to eliminate conflicts as there might be some plugin altering the permalinks.

    I deactivate all plugins and check website it still show 404 error.

    Can you try switching to the Twenty twenty one theme to test?

    Hi there,

    speak to your hosting provider, it maybe an HTTAccess issue on your server.
    But this is not a Theme related issue, as the theme doesn’t interfere with Permalinks.
