Pages refreshing themselves – keep losing work

    Hi there,

    I am having an issue which just started occurring today.
    The pages of my site just refresh themselves randomly, often while I am working and I end up having to redo my work.

    It has happened:
    – On the theme options page
    – While editing a page
    – While editing a product
    – While viewing a product on the front-end

    This only started happening after I enabled the page cache and preloading. I have now disabled the page cache and the plugin but am still having this issue.

  • @red_android Have you performed a conflict test yet?

    Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.

    If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

    Please let us know your findings.

    Hi Harshad, even after deleting WP Optimize completely, the issue still remains. Are there any files it may have left behind after removing the plugin?

    @red_android WP-Optimize doesn’t leave behind any files once the plugin is removed, the issue might be something else, please try conflict test and check if any plugin or active theme is causing the issue

    Hi Harshad,

    I found the culprit. It was a custom development another dev was doing for us. It was just a coincidence that it started happening after I installed WP Optimize.
