Pages not visible on website

Hi,

I was updating my blog (still hasn’t launched so is unable to be viewed by anyone else) and adjusting the menu, and when I clicked on my about page and my recipes page (using the recipe index template), neither of them showed up.
All the page writing is still there, as are the widgets for my recipes – they were previously there but for some reason have just disappeared and I have no idea why… Would appreciate any help!
