Pages not restricted correctly

    Hi – I have been using UM to secure/restrict access to certain pages, but non-approved, non-categorical members are able to access restricted pages like the Shop page, and make purchases.
    I have set the UM settings per page to exclude certain classes, but this is the second or third purchase that has gone through.
    What am I doing wrong?

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed?
    Have you tried to access your restricted pages with the test user?
    Can you please clarify what do you mean “I have set the UM settings per page to exclude certain classes”.

    Hi – I have v 1.3.88 installed.
    I have tried accessing the pages as a test user, and it worked fine according to my settings.
    I have received orders from users that are signed in as the classification “Member,” not as “Ambassador.” “Ambassador” is the only category of user I have defined as being able to place orders/make purchases, or even access the Shop Page at all.
