Pages not loading after enabling plugin

  • Pages not loading after enabling plugin, for some reason only some page assets were functioning properly and we had to disable plugin use.. If i can maybe get some help for myself and developer to configure plugin properly I would really appreciate it.

    @ianghost have you checked the error_log file where the PHP errors are stored? There could be a plugin incompatibility there. Or, you can install and setup “Error Log Monitor” plugin that will report you any errors in the Dashboard. It’s an easier option.

    Consider doing a reset in “Tools” (plugin’s menu) as well. Perhaps someone else worked before on your website. When you re-install the plugin, the wrong saved settings could have taken effect.
